GCSS Return to School Framework for 2020-2021

In working to put plans in place to reopen schools safely in the fall, Glynn County Schools has created a Return to School Framework that addresses numerous areas that will affect day-to-day school operations. Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page will be forthcoming.

This framework is the byproduct of input and feedback from various stakeholders and information from within the Georgia’s Path to Recovery for K-12 Schools. It is not intended to be final as we anticipate adjustments, but will provide an overview of the anticipated guidance for re-entry to the school setting.

Please keep in mind this is a working draft copy and will be updated as new information becomes available.

As we work to reopen schools, it is critical that we work with our students, teachers, families and community so that we can collectively put forth our very best ideas and actions for what is possible, achievable, and essential when reopening. We are grateful for your continuous support and look forward to welcoming our students back to school.
